3 to 6 years of relevant Business Analyst experience

Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory, both written and spoken)

Comfortable with basic SQL and data mapping concepts

Prior exposure to API-driven systems and integration testing cycles

Based in Malaysia (KL or able to work remotely with regular availability), open to occasional Singapore travel

Able to work independently while embedded in a client-managed team

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders

Produce Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and user stories

Conduct workflow and process analysis

Work with APIs and perform basic SQL / data mapping tasks

Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Liaise closely with Dev and QA teams to track issue resolution and delivery
