Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and approach property owners through cold calling, WhatsApp, referrals, social media, events, roadshows, and networking.

• Generate qualified leads for Airbnb management and renovation services.

• Build strategic partnerships with real estate agents, property investors, and referral partners.

• Attend property exhibitions, launches, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.

• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.

2. Client Consultation

• Conduct professional consultations with property owners to understand their investment objectives.

• Analyze each property's suitability for Airbnb management.

• Recommend the most suitable service package based on the owner's needs.

3. Sales Presentation

• Deliver professional presentations to potential clients.

• Present renovation concepts and customized interior solutions.

• Handle client objections confidently and provide effective solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

4. Closing Sales

• Follow up consistently with prospects.

• Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.

• Convert qualified leads into signed management or renovation agreements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

• Ensure proper documentation before onboarding.

5. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong long-term relationships with property owners.

• Provide timely updates throughout the onboarding process.

• Coordinate with internal operations and renovation teams.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients for upselling opportunities.

6. CRM & Reporting

• Update CRM system daily.

• Record all client interactions and follow-up activities.

• Prepare weekly sales reports.

• Track conversion rates and sales performance.
