Monitor, update, and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits.

Coordinate inbound and outbound goods, including receiving, inspecting, and verifying materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of inventory items.

Communicate and coordinate with the Purchasing Department on replenishment needs and material shortages.

Support the Production Department by ensuring timely supply of materials.

Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete items and propose corrective actions.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Assist in improving inventory control processes and warehouse efficiency.
