Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the manufacturing, steel, construction materials, industrial  
    products, or related industries.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  

Required Languages: Mandarin (added value), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Responsibility

• Coordinate and process customer orders from quotation to delivery.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documents.

• Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product enquiries.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the ERP system.

• Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales team.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Executive or Manager
