• Achieve at least Diploma certificate

• Proven experience in content creationandsocial media posting

• Skilled in CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar editing tools

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Facebook content formats

• Able to write engaging captions and headlines tailored to each platform

• Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and daily posting discipline

• Willing to support teammates during urgent tasks or fast-moving campaigns

• Comfortable to work on weekends when required (campaign periods / livestream support).

Working Hours

• Standard shifts: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMor12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• Campaign shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (only during active campaigns)

• Comfortable supporting livestream setups for part-time hosts during these hours

Bonus Points

• Experience with livestream contente-commerce platforms

• Knowledge of basic motion graphics or animation

• Experience with product-based content (beauty, lifestyle, gadgets)

• Comfortable appearing on camera for content

• Familiarity with content performance tracking and analytics

Content Creation

• Plan, create, and post 2–3 short-form videos daily across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Facebook

• Edit videos using CapCut or other mobile/desktop editing apps

• Design and edit banners, thumbnails, and promotional visuals

• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to create eye-catching graphics and product visuals

• Write captions that align with brand tone, product focus, and platform best practices

• Collaborate with the team on content ideas, trends, and seasonal campaigns

• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data

Livestream Operations & Administrative Support

• Prepare livestream setups for livestream hosts (lighting, product arrangement, equipment check)

• Coordinate product lists, pricing, and campaign details before livestream sessions

• Ensure livestream scripts, talking points, and product highlights are ready for hosts

• Assist livestream hosts with pre-live preparation (mic check, camera angle, props)

• Manage livestream schedules, reminders, and internal coordination

• Organize content files, product assets, and campaign folders

• Update posting calendars, content trackers, and campaign sheets

• Handle simple administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and follow-ups

• Support urgent tasks during fast-moving campaigns (e.g., product checks, last-minute content updates)

• Prepare basic weekly reports (posting summary, livestream performance highlights)
