• Good computer skills and adaptability to content moderation tools.

• Capability to handle sensitive, graphic, or objectionable online content professionally and objectively.

• Strong emotional resilience, discipline, and time management skills.

Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company policies and community guidelines.

Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform standards.

Escalate complex or high-risk cases to relevant teams for further review.

Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality targets while handling assigned queues.

Document review decisions and provide feedback to support continuous process improvement.
