Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. This is an entry-level friendly role.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is often a major advantage in Malaysia.

Personality: You must be energetic, cheerful, and patient. Having a "kid-friendly" vibe is the most important part of the job.

Availability: You must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays, as these are the busiest times for toy stores.

Experience: Previous experience in retail or promotions is a plus, but most companies provide on-the-job training for beginners.

Physical Fitness: You need to be able to stand for long periods (8 to 10 hours per shift) and handle some light lifting for stock arrangement.

Product Demonstration: Actively playing with or demonstrating toys (like RC cars, drones, or building blocks) to catch the attention of kids and parents.

Customer Engagement: Approaching shoppers to explain toy features, recommend gift ideas, and answer questions.

Sales Targets: Encouraging customers to buy and working to achieve daily or weekly sales goals.

Stock & Display: Keeping the shelves tidy, replenishing stock, and ensuring "Try Me" units are working and clean.

Safety Guidance: Advising parents on age-appropriateness and safety features of different toys.
