Requirements

  • 具备1年以上数控铣床操作经验。
  • 熟悉数控铣床的操作规程和维护保养。
  • 能够看懂机械图纸和工艺文件。
  • 熟练掌握常用量具的使用，并能进行零件测量和检验。
  • 具备基本的机械加工知识。
  • 工作认真负责，细心，有较强的责任心。
  • 身体健康，能适应车间工作环境。

Responsibilities

  • 操作和维护数控铣床，确保设备正常运行。
  • 根据图纸和技术要求，精确加工零件。
  • 负责工件的装夹、对刀、测量和检验。
  • 监控加工过程，及时发现并解决加工中出现的问题。
  • 执行日常设备保养和清洁工作。
  • 遵守安全操作规程，确保生产安全。
  • 与生产团队协作，完成生产任务。
