Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Experience in golf operations is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Punctual, polite, and able to communicate clearly with guests.

Good knowledge of golf rules and etiquette is preferred.

Willing to work shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Organize and monitor the flow of players based on the tee sheet.

Ensure golfers start on schedule and in the correct order.

Adjust tee times as needed due to delays, no-shows, or weather conditions.

Verify names, tee times, and number of players in each group.

Provide essential information about the course, rules, and any relevant announcements.

Monitor spacing between groups and maintain proper intervals between tee times.

Record and report tee-off times.

Ensure tee markers, ball washers, and divot mix are stocked and placed correctly.
