• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably within: Business Operations, Sales Operations, Process Improvement OR Operational Excellence

Preferred Experience

• Supporting Sales or Marketing teams in an operational capacity

• Process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives

• Change management or transformation projects

• Vendor management and procurement coordination

• Regional stakeholder management across multiple countries

• SOP development and process governance

• Review and enhance business support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Support and drive process improvement initiatives across regional business functions

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and other stakeholders to establish streamlined ways of working

• Provide operational support to business divisions, including Sales Operations and Marketing Operations activities

• Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and vendor management activities

• Manage procurement coordination, expense tracking, and budget monitoring

• Oversee office operations, facilities management, and administrative governance

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and compliance records

• Support onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives

• Drive change initiatives and operational excellence projects across the region
