Possess Architecture qualifications equivalent to LAM / PAM / RIBA Part I from any recognized university

Minimum 3 years working experience

Able to pro-actively participate in project running and coordinate works in all stages and to report to the Project Architect and Principal

Versatile in all areas from design through to construction stages

Ability to work independently with excellent leadership qualities and communication skills

Software skills: Auto CAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point especially 3D Sketch-up with V-ray

Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Authority submissions

Overall project and team involvement

Production of 3D works for design proposals
