1 to 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Knowledge of SST (Sales and Service Tax) and submission procedures

Knowledge of E-Invoice

Able to read and write Mandarin (required to operate China-based accounting software)

Familiar with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation

Prepare and submit SST returns in a timely manner

Prepare and manage E-Invoices

Operate China-based accounting software (Mandarin required)

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities as needed
