• Prior experience in golf caddy, hospitality, customer service, or related service roles will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of golf rules, course etiquette, and game procedures is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to walk long distances while carrying golf equipment for extended periods.

• Good communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to provide professional service to golfers.

• Well-groomed, responsible, and able to follow instructions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

1.On-Course Player Support

• Accompany golfers on the course and assist throughout the game.

• Carry and safeguard the player's golf equipment.

• Assist in club selection, distance estimation, and ball position confirmation.

• Be familiar with course layout and provide information on green conditions.

2.Course Etiquette & Safety Assistance

• Help maintain proper pace of play and remind players of basic golf etiquette and rules.

• Observe weather and course conditions to ensure player safety.

• Promptly report to relevant personnel in case of emergencies.

3.Professional Service Attitude & Etiquette

• Provide service with a smile, show respect, and avoid overstepping boundaries or disrupting play.

• Maintain neat appearance, appropriate behavior, and follow club service standards.

4.Green & Fairway Maintenance Support

• Repair ball marks, refill divots, and keep greens tidy as required.

• Help maintain cleanliness of the course, picking up trash or unattended equipment promptly.

5.Pre- and Post-Round Preparation

• Check and prepare golf carts and required equipment before tee-off.

• Clean golf clubs, organize golf bags, and assist players after the round.

6.Follow Supervisor Instructions & Temporary Assignments

• Comply with directions from the Caddy Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.

• Actively participate in training, evaluations, and team-building activities to improve service quality.
