• 2-3 years of experience in F&B industry.

• Experience in a supervisor / shift leader role.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Understand daily outlet operations such as:

• Food safety and hygiene standards

• Inventory control

• Cash handling and POS systems

• Opening and closing procedures

• Customer service management

• Handling complaints

1.     Responsible for the outlet day to day operations

2.     Ensuring correct operational procedures and takes appropriate measures when necessary

3.     Instil sense of ownership and accountability of the entire outlet

4.     Quality and safety checks

5.     Managing manpower and scheduling

6.     Provides leadership to team members

7.     Training and guiding team members as well as disciplinary actions

8.     Handle any conflicts professionally

9.     Inventory management

10.  Building rapport between suppliers, mall managements and customers

11.  Stock management

12.  To handle and/or report any maintenance issues

13.  Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet

14.  Monetary handling

15.  Compiling necessary documents for outlet operations and for HQ
