Tokmer Global Sdn. Bhd. has been operating in the F&B industry for over 3 years and currently has 3 branches in Melaka, Malaysia under the Tokmer Yong Tau Foo brand.

Throughout our operations, we have grown to a team of 30 employees and have served more than 10,000 loyal customers from Melaka and across Malaysia.

Our headquarters is located at Plaza Semabok, Melaka.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Crewto join our team at ourMerlimau, Semabok, and Jasin branches. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Physically fit and healthy.

• Possess own transportation.

• Experience in the F&B industry and/or a Culinary Certificate will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work well in a team and perform under pressure.

• Demonstrate good communication skills.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain a positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and work area.

• Assist with food and beverage preparation when required.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Support the restaurant's daily operations.
