Job Description

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • 协助招聘流程，包括发布职位空缺、筛选简历和安排面试。
  • 参与员工入职和离职手续的办理。
  • 协助维护和更新员工信息数据库。
  • 支持人力资源部门的日常行政工作，如文件管理和会议安排。
  • 协助组织公司内部培训和团队建设活动。
  • 参与人力资源相关政策和流程的初步研究和整理。
  • 协助处理员工咨询和基本的人事问题。
