Job Description:

Join our team and build your career in the banking and financial recovery industry. We are looking for Recovery Officers to manage customer accounts, provide payment reminders and assist customers with suitable repayment arrangements while achieving collection targets.

Job Requirements:

• Required Language: Bahasa Melayu & English.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.

• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve monthly collection targets.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month.
Commission: 2% - 4%.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact bank customers regarding overdue accounts and outstanding debts.

• Provide payment reminders and follow up on repayment commitments.

• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements with customers.

• Handle all customer communications professionally and respectfully.

• Update customer records and collection activities accurately in the system.

• Achieve monthly collection targets set by the company.

• Comply with the bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
