JOB DESCRIPTION

•

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, and high-volume staffing roles across various industries such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and operations.

•

Source, screen and place candidates for positions including warehouse assistants, production operators, drivers, technicians, retail assistants, and other operational roles.

•

Handle mass hiring projects and meet aggressive recruitment timelines to fulfil large hiring demands.

•

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals, and community networks.

•

Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial candidate assessments to determine suitability for client requirements.

•

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

•

Prepare candidate profiles and provide recommendations to clients based on job requirements.

•

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

•

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job scope, and hiring priorities.

•

Ensure quick turnaround time and meet service level agreements (SLA) for all assigned job orders.

•

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.

Support workforce mobilization including documentation, onboarding arrangements, and deployment coordination where required.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing recruitment needs.

•

Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

•

Support post-recruitment activities including documentation, invoicing follow-up, and payment tracking where applicable.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, source candidates efficiently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and deliver results within agreed timelines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE/JOB REQUIREMENTS

•

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

•

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in blue-collar, operations, logistics, retail, or manufacturing hiring.

•

Experience handling bulk / mass hiring projects will be an added advantage.

•

Strong sourcing capabilities across job portals, social media, referrals, and community networks.

•

Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.

•

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

•

Knowledge of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer management.

•

Familiarity with ATS systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or similar recruitment platforms is preferred.

•

Experience using recruitment platforms such as Job Street, LinkedIn, Rice bowl, Job A Thing, and other job portals.

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

•

A team player with a proactive attitude and ability to support business growth initiatives.
