Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
Passionate about baking and willing to learn.
At least have half an year experience in baking is an advantage; fresh candidates with relevant skills are welcome.
Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
Able to work well independently and in a team.
岗位职责
Prepare and produce a variety of breads following company recipes and SOPs.
Handle the complete bread-making process, including kneading, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met.
Assist with ingredient preparation and stock management.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
