Requirement:

1. Diploma in Shipping, Logistics or related field and required min. 1 year hand on working experiences in LMW.

2. Fresh graduate in Degree in Shipping, Logistics or related field is welcome to apply and will provide on-job training.

3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an advantage.

4. Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

6. Good communication and teamwork skills with a high sense of responsibility.

1. Familiar with the requirements of customs Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) and strictly implement them. Including material in and out, scrap management, and all reports and records required by LMW.

2. Manage the receiving process: Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders (POs), verify quantity and quality, and record data in the ERP system.

3. According to the requirements of production orders and sales orders, calculate the specifications and quantities of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and perform outbound processing on the ERP system.

4. Conduct regular inventory checks: Perform cycle counts and end-of-month stocktaking; identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.

5. Maintain warehouse organization: Arrange goods in designated storage areas (e.g., pallets, shelves) following FIFO (First-In - First-Out) principles; keep the warehouse clean and tidy to prevent damage or loss of goods.

6. Handle documentation: Prepare and file shipping documents (e.g., delivery orders, customs declarations for cross - border shipments), and ensure all records comply with Malaysian customs and tax regulations.

7. Assist in equipment maintenance: Check the condition of warehouse tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, barcode scanners) regularly; report malfunctions to the manager and coordinate repairs.

8. Collaborate with internal teams: Communicate with the procurement, quality, and production teams to resolve issues related to stock availability, delayed deliveries, or order changes.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by HOD.
