• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply

• Detail-oriented, adaptive, and able to multitask

1. Route Planning & Optimization
• Design delivery routes to optimize drivers and riders travel distance
• Plan routes for logistics hubs covering first mile and last mile operations
• Consider geographical coverage and operational constraints

2. System & Data Management
• Utilize internal fleet system to design and update routes
• Compile and maintain route-related data and reports
• Monitor route performance and make adjustments when required

3. Administrative & Operational Support
• Handle administrative tasks related to driver route planning
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to route management
• Support operations team to improve delivery efficiency
