Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, HVAC/ACMV, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Proven senior-level working experience in leading, planning, and executing HVAC/ACMV projects from design coordination to testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Practical background in site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, and cost management.

Technical Knowledge & Capabilities:

• Strong engineering knowledge and ability to review contract documents, technical specifications, and project drawings.

• Experience in preparing and reviewing project schedules, manpower planning, method statements, technical submissions, material submissions, and as-built documentation.

• Familiarity with safety compliance, company procedures, variation order evaluations, and claim-related documentation.

Leadership & Communication Skills:

• Demonstrated technical leadership to guide and supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site personnel.

• Strong project coordination and communication skills to deal with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve site discrepancies, coordination conflicts, and technical issues.

Lead and oversee HVAC project execution from design coordination, planning, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning, to project handover.

Review contract documents, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to ensure full compliance.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on all technical and project matters.

Prepare and review project schedules, manpower planning, progress reports, technical submissions, material submissions, method statements, and as-built documentation.

Monitor project progress, site activities, quality control, and workmanship to ensure timely completion and adherence to company standards.

Resolve technical issues, site discrepancies, and coordination conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Conduct site inspections, attend coordination meetings, technical meetings, and progress meetings with stakeholders.

Support procurement and material planning to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements, company procedures, and project specifications.

Provide technical guidance and supervision to engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site personnel.

Assist in project cost control, variation order evaluation, and claim-related documentation when required.

Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
