Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Building Services, BIM, or related field).

Software Proficiency:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk RevitandAutoCAD.

• Experience in 3D modelling, BIM coordination, and Navisworks is an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings, construction drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.

• Capability to produce accurate BIM models, HVAC ducting layouts, piping layouts, equipment arrangements, and schematic diagrams.

• Knowledge of material take-offs, tender drawings, and project documentation requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• High attention to detail to review drawings and identify potential design conflicts or discrepancies.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with Project Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Structural Engineers, and site personnel.

• Strong organizational skills for drawing version control and proper filing.

Prepare and update HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models based on project requirements, specifications, and engineering designs.

Produce HVAC ducting layouts, piping layouts, equipment arrangements, schematic diagrams, and installation details.

Coordinate drawing information with Project Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Structural Engineers, and other M&E disciplines.

Review project drawings and identify potential design conflicts or discrepancies.

Revise and update drawings promptly based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements.

Generate drawing submissions, material take-offs, and project documentation when required.

Assist in preparing tender drawings, technical drawings, and project-related documentation.

Support project teams during design development, construction, and project close-out stages.

Maintain proper filing and version control of drawings and project documents.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving coordination issues.

Assist site teams in preparing record drawings and final as-built submissions.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
