Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC/ACMV, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Proven working experience as an HVAC/ACMV Service Engineer, Supervisor, or Senior Technician.

• Solid hands-on experience in HVAC/ACMV troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown repairs.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems (chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV systems, air conditioning units).

• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.

• Knowledge of safety standards and occupational safety regulations (e.g., DOSH/OSHA) in engineering maintenance.

Supervisory & Soft Skills:

• Leadership ability to supervise, lead, and train a team of service technicians.

• Strong project coordination skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Good organizational skills to prepare service schedules, maintenance documentation, quotations, and technical reports.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to handle emergency breakdown calls efficiently.

Lead and supervise the service and maintenance team for HVAC/ACMV systems.

Plan, coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.

Attend troubleshooting, repair and emergency breakdown calls.

Prepare service schedules, reports and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.

Monitor team performance, productivity and quality of work.

Provide technical guidance and training to technicians.

Assist in preparing quotations, work proposals and technical recommendations when required.
