Mondays: Plot 80 (A), Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone Phase IV, MK 12, Lintang Bayan Lepas 6, 11900 Penang, Malaysia

Tuesdays to Saturdays: Plot 76, Mukim II, Bukit Tengah Industrial Park, 14000, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

Work Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday to Saturday (Shift rotation):
Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance

• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system while following company procedures and guidelines.
