Experience: 2 – 10 years

Language: Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is a MUST

HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain and update customer profiles, lead statuses, and sales pipelines within HubSpot.

Automation & Workflow Optimisation: Set up and refine email sequences, workflows, and automation rules to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Drafting email & WhatsApp remarketing messages in mainly Mandarin via leveraging AI.

Constantly leverage HubSpot, Omnisend (Email platform) and WhatsApp as remarketing tools.

Lead Segmentation: Organize and segment customer and prospect lists for targeted marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups.

Data Clean-Up & Integrity: Regularly audit the CRM to remove duplicates, standardise data, and ensure accuracy for reporting and outreach.

Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in creating and assigning tasks for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking customer interactions.

Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly CRM reports on pipeline progress, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
