Previous experience in banquet, catering, restaurant or hotel operations is an advantage.

Well-groomed, friendly, disciplined and able to communicate effectively.

Able to work in a team, follow instructions and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit and able to lift, move and arrange tables, chairs and event equipment.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime based on operational requirements.

A valid Food Handler Training Certificate and typhoid vaccination are an advantage.

Assist with the setup and arrangement of function halls, tables, chairs, buffet stations and banquet equipment.

Serve food and beverages to guests during meetings, functions, buffets and hotel events.

Ensure food and beverages are replenished promptly and the event area remains clean and organized.

Assist with event setup, service, clearing and storage of banquet equipment after the event.

Handle banquet equipment carefully and report any damage or missing items to the supervisor.

Perform other operational duties during the soft opening period as assigned by the supervisor or Management.
