Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as training and guidance will be provided.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin as the role involves frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and provide value-added solutions.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders and business partners by understanding their requirements, objectives, and operational needs.

Provide effective logistics solutions and support the implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage business activities across various logistics trade segments, including supply chain solutions, process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare sales materials, business proposals, quotations, contracts, agreements and compliance-related documentation to support business development activities.

Support sales and marketing initiatives, projects, and business development activities to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
