Basic knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.

Experience in M&E maintenance or related work is an advantage.

Able to perform basic troubleshooting and repair tasks.

Assist the M&E Supervisor in the execution of equipment operation, maintenance, and servicing plans.

Conduct daily inspections of M&E systems, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, water pumps, plumbing and drainage systems, and maintain inspection records.

Assist in handling unexpected equipment breakdowns, coordinating repairs, and following up with contractors’ work progress.

Assist in preparing maintenance reports, energy consumption records, and organizing technical documents.

Participate in routine inspection, testing, and certification work for electrical rooms, generator rooms, and central equipment rooms.

Assist in supervising on-site safety operations to ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Respond promptly and resolve urgent issues such as power outages and equipment failures.

Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment, including electrical equipment, air-conditioning systems, and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and carry out repair works for mechanical and electrical systems.

Ensure customer equipment remains in optimal operating condition by implementing preventive maintenance plans, troubleshooting faults promptly, and resolving operational issues.

Respond to all work requests related to equipment maintenance, repair, and inspection.
