Education: STPM / A Level / Diploma or Equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, or logistics.

• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role, managing both local and foreign workers.

Functional & Technical Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of daily warehouse workflows (picking, packing, dispatching, and stock auditing).

• Familiarity with inventory control systems and product quality preservation.

• Understanding of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements and workplace safety standards.

Operational Capabilities:

• Ability to plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet target timelines.

• Capability to monitor team performance, conduct daily briefings, and prepare operational reports for management.

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle operational delays, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment complaints.

• Proactive mindset for continuous process improvement to minimize operational errors and product returns.

Supervise and lead the fulfillment team in daily operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines

Monitor team performance and productivity, providing guidance and support where necessary

Plan and allocate manpower effectively, including both local and foreign workers

Conduct daily briefings to communicate targets, priorities, and operational updates

Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain product quality

Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with relevant teams for stock discrepancies

Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors or returns

Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management

Handle and resolve operational issues, including delays, errors, or customer complaints related to fulfillment
