Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and maintenance.

Experience in HVAC / air conditioning work is an advantage.

Able to perform basic troubleshooting and repair tasks

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment

Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation and energy efficiency

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems

Conduct routine servicing for chillers, FCU, AHU, ventilation, and cooling systems

Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance works

Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and checklist documentation

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repair or installation works

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures

Support emergency maintenance and standby duties when required
