Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in M&E maintenance, facilities management, or building services. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, pumps, generators, and other M&E systems.

Able to perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair independently or under supervision.

Familiar with the use of maintenance tools, testing instruments, and safety procedures.

Assist the M&E Supervisor in executing equipment operation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance plans.

Perform routine inspections of M&E systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, water pumps, plumbing, and drainage systems, and maintain inspection records.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and coordinate repair works with contractors.

Assist in preparing maintenance reports, energy consumption statistics, and filing technical documentation.

Participate in routine inspections, testing, and certification of electrical switch rooms, generator rooms, and central plant rooms.

Assist in monitoring on-site safety practices to ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.

Respond promptly to emergency situations such as power outages and equipment failures.

Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical, air-conditioning, and mechanical equipment.

Carry out troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

Ensure customers' equipment remains in optimal operating condition by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Respond to all work requests related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
