Job Description

Requirements

  • 具备工商管理、营运管理或相关科系的大专文凭或学士学位者优先考虑。

  • 拥有1至2年行政或营运相关工作经验。

  • 具备良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力。

  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel、Word 及 Outlook 办公软件。

Responsibilities

  • 协助处理日常行政事务，包括文件管理、复印、扫描和邮件收发。
  • 负责办公室日常运营，确保办公用品充足，并管理供应商关系。
  • 协助安排会议、预约和差旅，并维护相关日程。
  • 支持部门间的协调工作，确保信息流畅沟通和项目顺利进行。
  • 协助进行库存管理，包括记录、盘点和订购办公及厨房用品。
  • 维护和更新公司记录和数据库，确保信息的准确性和完整性。
  • 在需要时提供前台接待服务，接待访客并接听电话。
  • 协助执行公司政策和程序，确保运营合规性。
  • 参与和支持公司组织的活动和项目。
  • 协助处理员工入职和离职的相关行政事宜。
