Position : Sales Associate (Cashier) - Petron Station

Salary : RM2000.00 (Basic)

Location : Skudai, Johor

Working Hours/Days :

1. 8:30AM - 5:00PM

2. 6 days/week, Monday - Saturday

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum SPM qualification.

2. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Prior experience as a cashier is an added advantage.

4. STRICTLY for Sarawakians/Sabahans (Flight tickets and accommodation are provided).

5. Basic computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle Point of Sale (POS) machines and cash transactions.

2. Process card transactions (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PMILES, Fleet).

3. Manage shift openings/closings and end-of-day procedures.

4. Assist customers with registering or redeeming PMILES cards.

5. Troubleshoot POS issues and handle manual transactions when necessary.

6. Manage Touch ‘n Go reloads, Epay services, and lubricant sales.

7. Provide excellent customer service and manage complaints professionally.

8. Stay updated on product promotions and apply upselling techniques.

9. Maintain the cleanliness of the checkout counter, store, and restrooms.

10. Ensure compliance with safety procedures (DOSH & SOSM).
