• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or business services environment

• Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, and HR systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Working day and working time: Monday –Friday , 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

• Location: Shamelin Business Park, Kuala Lumpur

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations

• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programmes

• Maintaining employee records, documents, and databases to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns

• Coordinating training and development activities to enhance employee skills and performance

• Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being
