• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible and able to handle rider issues

• Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required

• Working day and working time: The employee shall be required to work six (6) days per week on a rotating shift schedule basis, with one (1) designated rest day per week as scheduled by the Company.

• The working hours shall be arranged according to the operational requirements of the Company and may include the following shifts:
  • Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL

• Manage rider attendance and scheduling
• Assign daily delivery tasks to riders
• Monitor delivery progress and rider performance
• Handle rider issues and operational support
• Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries
• Ensure riders follow company SOP and safety rules
• Assist with rider recruitment and training
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams
• Manage rider uniforms, delivery bags, and devices
