- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior data entry or administrative experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
岗位职责
- Extract and compile data from various sources, including documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and internal systems
- Perform accurate data entry and data upload into company databases or platforms
- Verify, review, and validate data for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain digital records and filing systems
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data processing tasks
- Follow company procedures and data confidentiality requirements
- Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required
