What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Diploma / Degree in any field

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset

• Organized and responsive, able to handle multiple shipments

• Good command of English; additional languages an advantage

• Prior forwarding/logistics experience is a plus, but not required

The Role
You'll be a key point of contact for our customers  , coordinating shipments from booking to delivery, handling documentation, and keeping clients updated. We have clear SOPs and full training, so whether you're starting your career or already have a couple of years in the field, we'll set you up to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate customer shipments from booking through to final delivery

• Handle shipping documents (BL/AWB), customs coordination, and shipment status updates

• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents on ETD/ETA and follow-ups

• Keep customers updated proactively and resolve issues before they escalate

• Maintain accurate records and meet our service-standard timelines
