Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and mechanical engineering.

Minimum 1- 3 years’ (including Fresh Graduate) work experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software (SolidWorks, Tekla, Staad Pro, Sap2000, or similar).

Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding, machining, surface treatment, and assembly.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with material take-off, cost estimation, and tender preparation.

Good understanding of structural steel materials and manufacturing methods.

Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects.

Able to work independently and collaborate across departments

Develop conceptual, preliminary designs for steel structures/ framing.

Prepare engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software.

Perform basic engineering calculations related to structural integrity, loading, welding, and fabrication requirements.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.

Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Attend site visits and customer meetings when required.

Provide technical clarification to clients and internal teams.

Review customer enquiries, specifications, and drawings.

Prepare material take-offs, quantity calculations, and cost estimates.

Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Develop detailed project cost breakdowns covering materials, fabrication, machining, painting, transportation, and installation.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers.

Support contract review and tender submissions
