Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred), or an equivalent professional accreditation highly regarded

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in architectural consultancy or a developer firm

Strong technical knowledge in design development, construction detailing, and authority submissions

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software

Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Lead the architectural design process from concept through to completion, establishing design vision and ensuring adherence to strategic objectives

Develop comprehensive design proposals, specifications and technical drawings that meet client briefs and regulatory requirements

Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design solutions

Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of architectural services

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, consultants and contractors to facilitate collaboration and resolve design-related issues

Prepare and present design concepts, progress reports and final deliverables to clients and internal teams

Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development

Ensure compliance with building codes, planning regulations and sustainability standards

Contribute to the development of design methodologies, standards and best practices within the organisation

Maintain detailed project documentation and manage archival systems
