Degree / Master in Architecture or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the architectural industry

Strong portfolio showcasing concept development & completed projects

Experience in design leadership & quality control

Advanced skills in SketchUp / Rhino / Revit

Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)

Strong 3D modelling & rendering capability

Good understanding of materials, buildability & design detailing

Familiar with UBBL and planning requirements

Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu

Lead concept design, spatial planning & overall design vision

Develop creative design concepts, presentations & 3D models

Coordinate with clients, consultants & internal teams

Review drawings, materials, façade design & technical details

Ensure compliance with authority requirements & planning guidelines

Manage design quality, timelines & project deliverables

Support construction stage issues and ensure final design intent is achieved
