Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing or related roles; background in tourism, hospitality, destination branding, lifestyle, or event-based industries is an advantage.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, activations, or partnerships.

Proactive team player, positive, willingness to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written) with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Presentable, confident, and professional in stakeholder-facing situations.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and partners.

Support tourism-related events, activations, and on-ground activities.

Prepare basic marketing materials, reports, and presentations.

Liaise with Tourism Johor and related stakeholders when required.
