Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Language Proficiency:Full proficiency in theKorean language (spoken and written) to support and handle the Korea market.

Working Experience & Knowledge:

• Background or experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.

• Experience handling multi-channel communications (phone, email, live chat, and other channels).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.

General Capabilities:

• Ability to meet individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

• Capable of handling customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Flexibility to adapt to contract employment and flexible working hours.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

Process customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems.

Korean language required for handling Korea Market.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated on company products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
