Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Language Proficiency:Full proficiency in theJapanese language (spoken and written) to support and handle the Japan market.

Working Experience & Knowledge:

• Background or experience in customer support, inside sales, or client management.

• Experience handling multi-channel communications (phone, email, live chat).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate record maintenance.

General Capabilities:

• Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.

• Capable of handling customer complaints professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Flexibility to adapt to flexible working hours under contract employment.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

Process customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems.

Japanese language required for handling Japan Market.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated on company products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
