Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.

5+ years of RF hardware design experience.

Hands-on experience with RF/Wi-Fi, wireless communication, or digital communication circuits.

Knowledge of RF transmitters, receivers, antennas, and RF fundamentals.

Experience using RF test equipment such as:

Spectrum Analyzer

Network Analyzer

Oscilloscope

Signal Analyzer

DC Power Supply

Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools.

Experience supporting regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, ETSI, etc.) is an advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot RF/Wi-Fi hardware circuits.

Perform RF hardware validation, qualification testing, and failure analysis.

Work closely with hardware, software, and application engineering teams.

Review schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

Prototype, evaluate, and optimize RF circuit performance.

Support product certification and regulatory compliance testing.

Provide technical support to manufacturing during production.
