Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Willing and able to work on rotating shifts

Experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Familiarity with inventory systems, asset management tools, or ERP systems is a plus.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Manage laboratory inventory, including receiving, issuing, and tracking equipment, spare parts, and hardware units.

Perform Check-In/Check-Outactivities and processMIR (Material Issue Request) requests.

Execute demix activities for returned or reassigned equipment.

Support and fulfill Wombat requests in a timely manner.

Handle ISM requests and ensure proper documentation and processing.

Provide support for requests from IM1st and other internal stakeholders.

Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory indicator.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of laboratory units, equipment, and collateral.

Perform regular inventory and asset audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.

Assist in capital asset audits as a backup to the Lab Administrator.

Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and inventory records.

Ensure inventory data is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management efficiency.

Follow company safety, security, and quality standards in all laboratory operations.
