Provides recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent needed for the job opening through various channel.

Handle end to end recruitment process.

Consult clients on project resources needs, update sourcing progress as well as provide recruitment feedback.

Advise candidates on their potential and bridge them towards their desire career path.

Manage assigned project team (planning, supervising, execution) to ensure that it's meeting the client expectation.

Dedicated to managing project team’s performance.

Involved in project RFP/bidding to bring in new projects to the company.

Must be able to multitask and handle stressful working environment.
