1. Repair and troubleshoot customers' smartphones and tablets.

2. Update repair status and maintain customer records in the system.

3. Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.

4. Carry out online and offline marketing activities.

5. Organize and monitor spare parts inventory and stock levels.

6. Manage daily financial transactions with honesty, accuracy, and integrity.
