• Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a relevant discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in the printing or interior design industry will be an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Able to independently manage client accounts and multiple projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.

• For the Interior Design Solutions role, the ability to interpret relevant drawings and conduct site measurements is required.

Position 1: Key Accounts Executive – Printing Solutions

• Promote the company’s printing services and solutions to corporate clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Understand clients’ requirements, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and close sales.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations and after-sales support.

Position 2: Key Accounts Executive – Interior Design Solutions

• Promote customised wallpaper and interior decoration solutions for residential and commercial projects.

• Develop and maintain business relationships with interior designers, renovation companies, and contractors.

• Follow up on enquiries received through the company website and other channels.

• Arrange site measurements and follow up on project progress.

• Interpret relevant technical or construction drawings and conduct on-site measurements.

• Coordinate with installation and project teams to ensure projects are completed according to requirements and schedule.
