Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Candidates with experience selling packages, memberships, or service plans in other industries are welcome to apply.

Experience as a Hair Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Hair Assistant with sales duties, or similar customer-facing sales role will be an advantage.

Comfortable with recommending products, services, and treatment packages to customers.

Able to communicate in English for daily customer interactions.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Provide hair care treatments and recommend suitable products or treatment packages to customers.

Promote and sell the company’s hair care packages and products.

Handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls and operating the point-of-sale system.

Follow up with customers after treatments.

Attend company-provided product, treatment, and sales training.

Work within an established company operating multiple brands and chain outlets.
